Certified Fitness Trainer
and Personal Coach
I started my career in health & fitness in 2012. Working in big corporate gyms as a personal and small group trainer.I soon learned there was nothing “personal” about their training programs. Wanting to focus more on the quality of my sessions rather than the number of sessions, I left the corporate gym world. I began working at a private training studio on the east side of Providence.I could focus more on my clients and building a relationship with them.
I have had the privilege to work with people from all different walks of life. I have helped so many people reach their goals from losing weight, to coming back from an injury, to feeling confident on their wedding day, to being able to play with their grandchildren, and the list continues. With that said, I have learned when it comes to health and fitness we all need accountability, empowerment and community. I am currently on a mission in give everyone the opportunity to live a healthier life. When people work with me,it is my duty to empower them to achieve their best version of health. I give them the community to be supported and the sense accountability to achieve their goals. I know people can achieve great things on their own; but when given the right tools and environment they can achieve what they once though was impossible.
