Let me ask you a question. When was the last time you REALLY took care of you? I don’t mean the random spa day, or treating yourself to a coffee or a day of shopping. I don’t mean locking yourself in the bathroom for 5 minutes of peace and quiet or a day catching up with friends. When I ask this question I mean when was the last time you took care of your physical health, mental health and overall well being? And did you know how closely related they all are? Did you know that improving your physical health can greatly improve your mental health? That even a small workout could decrease your stress level for the day? Now, I know what you are going to say “Life is busy. “ I know, believe me. It feels like there is never enough time in the day. With that said, we try to get the “important” things done. A lot of times we sacrifice our physical health, mental health and all over well-being to get those things done. But the truth is, and while many may not want to hear it, you truly cannot take care of others or be at the top of your game when you do not have your health. Okay, go ahead say it “ But I am taking care of everything now without a problem.” It may seem that way, but take a moment to really reflect. You're exhausted mentally and physically. You’re drained just wishing for the energy to make it through the week. With a simple smile you trick the world into thinking you are confident, healthy and energized but the truth is you're not confident, you don’t feel strong and your energy is non-existent. Your batteries are dying and you desperately need to be recharged. The good news is you can recharge your batteries. You can find the energy to fully live life and I am here to help! Together, we find ways to get you moving and create workouts that actually FIT into your life. You will build habits that are easily stackable and maintainable. You will have the accountability you need to follow through. You will have the tools to achieve your goals. You have the opportunity to change your life.
