With over 12 years of experience; she has been showing women from all walks of life that their dream bodies come from strength training. Busting the myth that lifting weights will make you bulky, she has proven that lifting weights will transform your body and your mind. She knows that if we focus on strength and what our bodies can do , the results WILL come. So STOP chasing the scale and START chasing your true potential.
With personalized coaching and community challenges, Alisha fosters a supportive environment for women of all fitness levels. She believes with the right combination of accountability, empowerment and community any goal can be achieved.
